Earring Sizes (diameter of earring face): Regular 12mm = .47" Medium 10mm = .39" Small 8mm = .31" (*We do NOT recommend 8mm earrings for designs that have a lot of writing or detail, since these are tiny images*) The setting refers to the metal part of the earring.
